Professional Installation Of Robomow RS Models package – designed to offer you any additional support you may need in getting the most out of your new Robomow unit.All Robomow installations are carried out by professionally trained Robomow approved installers in the comfort of your own garden. Once the installation has been carried out, the installer will also give you a demonstration on how to get the best out of the machine as well as configuring it to your specific mowing needs.The installation process is broken down into four sections.1.Planning – The installer will work with you to plan out the installation – Choosing the optimum position for the robot and base station within the garden, avoiding any potential obstacles and ensuring optimum running of the robot.2.Installation – The installer will fully install the machine as per the plan and complete the one-time setup. Should additional items such as pegs or wire be required to complete the installation, the installer will have them on hand to complete the job (subject to additional charges by the installer via credit or debit card).3.Configuration – The installer will guide you through the options and setup of your new robot and help you to configure it to your individual mowing needs, such as mowing times, safety and security options, as well as mobile registration options where applicable.4.Demonstration and training – Our installer will give you a demonstration of your new Robomow and advise you on how best to care for your robot in order to maximise its operating life.*The cost of an installation service is fixed but may vary on the model being installed as well as the location of the installation. Unfortunately, this service is designed for mainland United Kingdom customers and may exclude the Scottish Highlands and The United Kingdom’s Islands. If you are a resident of the Scottish Highlands or the Islands of the United Kingdom, please contact our sales team for information regarding installation in your locale.
